Aymara Gerdel (艾马拉-格德尔), is a professor at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), director of the Venezuelan Center for China Studies (CVEC) and a PhD student of public policy at the UIBE School of Government. She was interviewed by the People's Daily (人民日报) on November 02, 2023 along with a group of foreign scientists, scholars and experts on international cooperation in scientific and technological innovation in the framework of the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.
