INTRODUCTION: Chunrui Wang is a senior lecturer in School of Government at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), Beijing, China, and the director of Georgia and Caucasus Research Center, UIBE. She obtained PHD on Economics in UIBE. She conduct advanced study as an Academic Visitor in Curtin University, Australia (2001) and in llinois State University, United States (2019). She teaches related courses and conducts research on trade relations, trade facilitation and customs administration. She has published dozens of papers in these fields, such as Improving China's position in Global Value Chains through Trade Facilitation, Customs Law of the People’s Republic of China, Reform of China Customs and Promotion of Trade Facilitation after China’s Entry to WTO, Progress of Asian Economic Integration Annual Report, Report of Development on China’s Foreign Trade. She has contributed to several research projects in these fields, sponsored by General Administration of Customs of China, Government of Beijing City, Ministry of Finance of China, Ministry of Commerce of China, Ministry of Education of China, National Social Science Fund of China and National Natural Science Foundation of China, such as International Cooperation of Doing Business Environment: Theoretical logic and Implementation Path along One Belt and One Road, Comparative study on Tariff System, Trade Policy of Georgia, Technical Support for China-Moldova FTA Negotiation, Technical Support for Negotiation of the Economic and Trade Cooperation Agreement between China and the Eurasian Economic Union, Joint Feasibility Study on China-Mauritius Possible Free Trade Agreement, Negotiation Strategy on Customs Procedures and Trade Facilitation for China-Japan-Korea FTA, Trade Facilitation Index and its application, Research on Trade Mode Transition and Trade Facilitation in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Research on Global Value Chains in APEC.
